1. Purpose

These conditions govern the seasonal rental of the furnished accommodation located in Paris 14th, Plaisance, advertised on this site (hereinafter "the Accommodation"). Any booking implies full and entire acceptance of these conditions.

2. Capacity

The Accommodation can host 2 people (up to 3 with an extra bed, on request). Guests agree not to exceed this capacity.

3. Pricing

• Base price: €150 / night
• Flat cleaning fee: €45
• No other fees apply (no commission, no deposit, tourist tax included).

4. Booking and payment

The booking is validated upon receipt of full payment for the stay. Two payment methods are currently accepted:

• Bank transfer: IBAN details are sent by email after availability is confirmed.
• Cash on arrival: full payment is due when keys are handed over.

Online card payment is not yet offered. Until payment is received, the booking remains in "pending" state.

5. Cancellation

• More than 7 days before arrival: free cancellation, full refund.
• Between 7 and 2 days before arrival: 50% refund of the stay. Cleaning fees refunded 100%.
• Less than 48 hours before arrival or no-show: no refund.

6. Check-in and check-out

Arrival from 3 pm, departure before 11 am. A secure key box allows autonomous arrival 24/7. Arrangements may be offered on request, subject to availability.

7. Guest obligations

• Respect neighbors (residential building, quiet at night).
• Do not smoke inside the accommodation.
• No pets allowed.
• Return the accommodation in reasonable condition. Any obvious damage may be invoiced upon proof.

8. Liability

The host declines all liability in case of theft or loss of personal belongings during the stay. Travelers are encouraged to take out travel insurance.

9. Applicable law

These T&Cs are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of competent French courts.
